Whether for an end-user’s real estate, facilities, design, construction team, or the design and architectural firms that serve the major brands of the world, Firebrand will work closely with all stake holders to specify the best products and materials for the program during the initial conceptual phases.

We carefully analyze the requirements of the program to ensure that the products and solutions offered and specified align directly to the requirements of the scope of work whether it be for a one-off project or for a long-term multi-site program. With such a diverse offering of products we are also able to structure the costs to fit with needs of the project budget while maintaining the integrity of your brand.

We Develop

Once products and materials are specified for use the next phase is to plan and organize the program for successful implementation.

During this phase, Firebrand will analyze all program locations whether one-off or multi-site, perform survey audits of all sites, pull all relevant permit data, determine production strategy whether centralized or manufactured multi-regionally or multi-nationally, develop technical details and all brand standards, and estimate cost structures. In this phase, the standard operating procedures, timelines, and general roll-out strategy are locked in place to ensure all is positioned for a highly efficient and effective implementation.

Product and material specification is complete, locations are analyzed and audited, standards and technical details are developed, operating procedures, budgets, and timelines are in place. It is now time to execute and bring the program to life.

Firebrand will implement manufacturing and full product supply across multiple regions, nationally or multi-nationally, depending on the program’s reach and required scope. Prior to installation, Firebrand’s Project Management team will handle removal and repair of any and all existing signage and graphics to make proper preparations for the new applications to be put into place. Firebrand has a vast network of installation contractors with all the required equipment to install all exterior and interior signage and environmental graphics. All activities from end to end are overseen by our dedicated project management team.
